1. Is the product new or used?

All Madesa products are new. Get to know our company.


2. Will the product be delivered assembled? If not, will you assemble it?

You will receive your furniture disassembled and properly packed. Madesa does not offer an assembly service. However, all products come with assembly instructions and the necessary mounting hardware. We also provide videos explaining the assembly step by step.


3. Is there a warranty on the products?

Yes, Madesa offers 90 days of warranty for manufacturing defects.


4. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Did you receive a delivery from us but it isn't what you ordered? We'll be happy to fix that, please call or email us!

5. How can I track my order?
